Tereza Comeau is a trademark agent trainee . She assists with Canadian trademark filing and prosecution, including preparing applications, drafting and refining goods and services descriptions under the Nice Classification, and preparing responses to examination reports.
Originally from the Czechia, Tereza previously worked in European private practice on trademark and industrial design matters, including prosecution and portfolio coordination before the National Office, as well as with the EUIPO, and WIPO.
